The Greater Chinatown Community Association’s roots began with established immigrants helping new immigrants; as they themselves have been helped before. This pay it forward ethos informs our programming at GCCA. Above all, GCCA strives to act as a support network for low income immigrants in New York City. The engine that drives our ability to support members of our community is volunteerism. GCCA has a long history of working and engaging with the community to help potential volunteers find their passion.
